The IVUR high frequency internal vibrators with electric converter are the optimum solution for the professional concrete compaction.

The IVUR consits of two units: the IVU vibrator with 5 m protective hose and the UR converter with cable and switch.

A plug/screw connection allows one easily detachment of the vibrator from the converter and replacement with a vibrator of another diameter. A compact and low-price solution featuring all advantages of Weber's proven internal vibrator technology. The "handy" for efficient concrete compaction.

IV - Internal Concrete Vibrators

The IV high-frequency internal vibrators feature an integral motor for professional concrete compaction. In addition to our standard range for conventional concrete compaction, you will find specific solutions, e.g. for the compaction of concrete floors or low concrete areas. For these applications, we offer from IV 40 D to IV 58 D with pistol grip, short 0.8 m protective hose and 15 m power cord. The IV 31 with its cylinder diameter of only 31 mm is ideally suited for concrete compaction within narrow formwork.

As with all other internal vibrators, this unit comes with a 5 m protective hose and a 15 m power cord as standard equipment. The IV internal vibrators are connected to Weber's frequency and voltage converters with an output of 200 Hz/48 V or 250 V, according to the type.

EFU - Electronic converters

The EFU is the new generation of voltage and frequency converter designed to drive the WEBER IV series internal vibrators. With a low weight and no moving wear parts the EFU offers an electronic system that protects the operator against short-circuits, ground faults and current leakage (fault-current principle). It also protects the converter from overloading and overheating.
Several internal vibrators can be connected, depending on the type. Consumers with 48 and 250 V can be connected simultaneously to the EFU twin converter.

FUE/FUD - Rotating converters

FUE rotating converters are used to drive the WEBER IV motor in head internal vibrators. The extensive range covers all standard AC and 3-phase connections from 230 to 400 V. All standard machines with 200 Hz and either 48 or 250 V can be connected or several internal vibrators can be connected simultaneously, depending on the number of socket outlets available supplied with either skids and carrying handle or a tubular frame. Each converter also contains a 3 m supply cable with plug connector and a motor protection switch to prevent overloading.

Power Trowels

Concreting jobs force many builders to their knees as smoothing concrete is still largely a manual job. Weber's answer to this problem is our mechanical power trowel, which is as effective as it is efficient, providing a smooth surface in less time. The savings in labour costs mean that your purchase pays for itself within a very short period of time.

We provide a choice of four diameters from 60 to 110 cms, petrol engines or electric motors, and operation with smoothing blades or clip-on smoothing disks. The versatility of this range is also reflected in the two different operating speeds on both the PG 90 E-2 and PG 110 E-2. Powerful motors are suitable for long periods of operation. Well balanced trowels with low centers of gravity provide stability and easy operation. To meet our customers' high standards, we have equipped our power trowel with flexible blades supports which reduce mechanical oscillations and enable the machine to be handled with perfect ease.
